Checked the GPU slot to make sure it's properly seated.

Made sure BIOS is updated to latest version.

Enabled/Disabled all power saving settings for GPU and CPU.

Enabled/Disabled all overclocks - XMP (RAM)/Intel Turbo, Intel Turbo 3.0, Intel Speedstep, Intel Adaptive Boost, Intel Multicore Enhancement (CPU).

Monitoring programs show no spikes in usage, power or clock speeds.

Neither CPU nor GPU reach 100% usage while in-game.

Reinstalled Windows and tested with least updates possible.

Disabled Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling.

Enabled Windows Power Management - High Performance Mode.

Disabled Fullscreen Optimization (Windows feature).
